Benji Wanjohi is one of the most soulful photographers in the East African region with an objective to transform the world through his lens.
At a time when the phrase “everyone’s a photographer now” was doing the rounds, he decided to be a rebel and bought himself a professional camera. A Canon Ti Rebel to be precise. Something about going against the grain lights up a fire within him and it shows in his work.
His portraits bring out the truth in each person he works with. He has his own professional studio but he’s equally prolific outdoors natural light as well.
